It offers features you typically can’t do out of the box, including auto-replies, broadcasts*, and auto-suggested questions (Icebreakers) when a DM is opened.
Using Meta Login, customers connect their Instagram Business accounts. Based on permissions such as instagram_manage_messages, the app displays messages received via Webhooks and, within the 24-hour messaging window, enables replies, quick replies, auto-responses, and Icebreakers. We collect and store only minimal data—account ID, thread/message IDs, message text, and timestamps—and do not sell or share data with third parties.
データ削除について（Data Deletion）
管理画面の「Instagram連携を解除」を実行すると、当サービスで保持する関連データ（アカウントID、スレッド/メッセージID、本文、タイムスタンプ等の最小限データ）は直ちに削除されます。サポート経由での削除依頼も可能です（目安：30日以内に対応）。データの第三者提供・販売は行いません。
When you click “Disconnect Instagram” in the admin panel, AI-LINE deletes associated data immediately (account ID, thread/message IDs, message text, timestamps—minimal set). You may also request deletion via support; we process it within 30 days. We do not sell or share data.
